The Grand Final of Miss Myanmar World 2016 Beauty Pageant was held on June 4, 2016 at Gandamar Grand Ballroom in Yangon. Myat Thiri Lwin, Contestant No.2, crowned Miss Myanmar World 2016 and won 17,500 USD, leaving M Jar Seng, Contestant No.5 , as 1st Runner Up and La Yeik Pyar, Contestant No.9, as 2nd Runner Up respectively.
