“The 100 Cinemas Project & Business Proposal” Presser was held on July 1, 2016 at Studio 35 in Yangon. According to this program, Myanmar movie lovers would see the revitalization of Myanmar's cinema infrastructure, with plans to build 100 cinemas around the country in the coming months. The 100 Cinemas Project was launched by MAZE company by partnering with KBZ Bank for funding the project. The first two new cinemas are planned to be build in the Shan town on Aungban, and the Taikkyi township in Yangon.
